driving, a three-month suspended prison sentence, and a stern warning from Magistrate the Wor. Cheryl-Ann Mapp.
Twenty-year-old Shawn K. Simons admitted that he drove a motorcycle along Spice Hill Road while disqualified on October 2.
Simons apologised to the court saying: "I feel I've learned my lesson.'' Unimpressed, Mrs. Mapp pointed out it was the second time Simons had appeared in Magistrates' Court for such an offence.
"You persist in ignoring the courts don't you?'' she asked.
Mrs. Mapp told Simons that if he was caught driving again before December 19, 1995, he would be sent to jail.
