Mr. Chin, 32, of South Road, Devonshire, will work in the corporate department at Mello, Hollis, Jones and Martin.

A Jamaica-born Bermudian, he is the son of accountant Mr. Dennis Chin and Mrs.

Lurline Chin.

He was welcomed into the profession by Chief Justice the Hon. Sir James Astwood at Supreme Court on Friday.

Mr. Michael Mello said Mr. Chin had degrees from both the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and the University of Buckingham, England.

After attending law college at Guildford in Surrey, England, he read articles at firms in London and in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
