Earwin Wolfe (Bootsie) admitted driving without due care when he was in a single vehicle accident after falling asleep at the wheel last September.
The accident at 3.05 a.m. on September 9, saw Wolfe veer across the road near Shelly Bay Park, mounting a boundary wall before his vehicle stopped.
A driver for liquor wholesalers Bristol Cellars, the court heard that Wolfe had been working very long hours and was very tired on the night of the accident.
Magistrate Ed King fined Wolfe $200.
