Mrs. Simpson, who was married last year to Bermuda Regiment Adjutant Capt.

Henry Simpson, joined the law firm of Perinchief and Associates.

She attended Leicester University between 1986-89 and graduated with a second class honours degree in law. From there she went on to complete her solicitor's finals, took a year off and travelled to Sydney, Australia where she worked for a law firm.

Mrs. Simpson returned to England where she articled and was called to the bar in September 1994.

She came to Bermuda in January 1995 and joined Philip Perinchief's chambers as an associate in the corporate, commercial and conveyancing departments.

"She has been successful in integrating herself with the staff and I ask that she be admitted and enrolled as a barrister and attorney,'' Mr. Perinchief said.

Mrs. Simpson thanked Mr. Perinchief and said adapting to another jurisdiction was an exacting experience.

"During my early days as a law student I never dreamt I would be practising law in such a wonderful place.'' She thanked her husband, parents, sister and brother in law for their support during her studies.
