Corporation secretary Roger Sherratt said this was because of the Santa Claus Parade which was due to be held tomorrow afternoon following its postponement last week.

The car park will be closed from 1.30 p.m. to approximately 7 p.m. to allow the whole parade to assemble, depart and return.

There will still be parking available at Bull's Head Car Park and Par-La-Ville Car Park.
