Eugene Terceira who was one of Bermuda's leading architects.

Government leader in the Senate the Hon. Gerald Simons said Mr. Terceira of Terceira and Leitner Associates was held in high esteem which showed in the number of people who attended his funeral at the Wesley Methodist Church.

Senators Terry Lister, Alf Oughton and Gary Pitman also sent condolences to his family.

They also sent congratulations to Overall Outstanding Teen of the Year 16-year-old Sarah Carr.

Sen. Yvette Swan (UBP) sent congratulations to the cast of the play Oliver at the Warwick Academy School.

Sen. Terry Lister (PLP) sent congratulations to Colin Anderson and Miranda Jackson who will be in the Rotary exchange programme.

He also praised Dean Lightbourne for receiving the bowlers award and Craig Tacklyn who was voted outstanding new agent.

Sen. Oughton (Independent) and the President of the Senate the Hon. Albert Jackson also sent farewells to Commander Robin Bawtree of the Royal Navy who will be departing later this month.
