Marion A. Maloney, 38, of Fiddlewood Drive, Paget, was also disqualified from driving for one year.

Police prosecutor Sgt. Earl Kirby said Police were called to a single vehicle accident on South Shore Road at 2.10 a.m. on November 7. Maloney, the driver, appeared dazed, smelled of alcohol, and slurred her speech. She admitted she'd been drinking and refused medical treatment.

Maloney failed the breathalyser test with a reading of 182 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood -- more than double the legal limit.
