yesterday after he pled guilty to the charge in Magistrates' Court. Insp.

Peter Duffy, prosecuting, told the court that Robert E. Caines of Rambling Lane was seen by Police officers riding on Parsons Road.

"Caines was stopped for a routine check and officers discovered that he was disqualified,'' Insp. Duffy said. "He was taken to the Hamilton Police Station and bailed.'' When asked by Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis if he had anything to say Caines replied:"I was on a private estate road. The Police made me take my bike down to the main road and then they gave me my ticket.'' Mr. Francis reminded Caines that driving on an estate road while disqualified is illegal.

He disqualified Caines until February 7, 1994.
