Insp. Peter Duffy, prosecuting, said Police arrived at the nightclub in response to a call at 3 a.m. on last Thursday morning.

There was a small hole in a section of an inside wall. When questioned, Graham C. Foster replied he might have done it. Police noticed dust on his right boot, and took him to Hamilton Police Station.

There, under Police questioning, Foster admitted he made the hole, telling them he was angry about another matter.

Foster, of Smith's Parish, was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay Scandal $250 for the damage. He was ordered to make the payment before returning to school on August 28.
