Bermuda All Breed Club spokesperson Madeline Kent-Smith said the Island will be welcoming dogs from Canada and the US for the March 1997 International Shows.

The show will be held from Wednesday to Sunday in the main ring at the Botanical Gardens in Paget, starting at 8.30 a.m. daily.

Ms Kent-Smith said each day will conclude with the top honours being decided by international judges, including "Best in Show'' and "Best Locally Owned in Show''.

There will also be three obedience trials, two on Saturday at 8 a.m. and noon, and the other on Sunday at 8.30 a.m. And she said the new "Canine Good Citizen'' programme will mark its premier appearance at the event.
