"nine months at least'' in jail if caught driving while disqualified again.

Myles Richard Gibbons of Rockaway Road, Southampton admitted the February 11 offence.

The 23-year-old -- already banned until June, 1994 -- was fined $600, disqualified for a further two years, and given a three month prison term, suspended for two years.

"If you were to come back, the law says I must impose a sentence of six months, so you're looking at nine months at least,'' Mr. Judge told Gibbons.
