yesterday to driving while impaired on April 26.

Prosecutor Sgt. Anthony Mouchette said Police saw Neil Walker, of Arlington Heights, Smith's Parish, sitting on the pavement near the scene of a two vehicle accident outside Sandys Boat Club.

When Walker was questioned, he admitted he had been drinking and told an officer: "This is all my fault.'' Sgt. Mouchette said Walker was treated for abrasions of the face and body, and taken to Hamilton Police Station for a breathalyser test.

It was found that Walker had 205 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

Senior Magistrate Will Francis yesterday fined Walker $450 and disqualified him from driving all vehicles for a year.
