after defence lawyer Archie Warner requested an adjournment.

Mr. Warner, who was involved in the just concluded Vincent Oneal Douglas trial, said he needed more time to study the case briefs and take instructions from his clients.

Puisne Judge Norma Wade agreed to the two day adjournment and told the 36 member jury panel -- from which the 12 jurors who will hear the case will be chosen -- to come back to Supreme Court on Wednesday morning.

At that time jury selection is to take place. Morain and Francois will be jointly charged with possessing cannabis with intent to supply between May 31 and June 18 and simple possession.

Crown counsel Wilhelm Bourne will lead the prosecution.
