MUSICAL HIGH -- Music programmes at local schools got a boost last week when Mr. John Campbell, chairman of the Menuhin Foundation Trustees, presented the first instalment of an annual grant of $50,000 to Cultural Affairs Minister the Hon. Leonard Gibbons and Cultural Affairs officer Miss Ruth Thomas.
