traffic accident on Middle Road, Southampton, on Monday. Details were still sketchy yesterday.
Police report the driver was taken to hospital and is currently in satisfactory condition in a general ward.
The right front and dashboard of the car she was driving were extensively damaged, with estimated total damage at $4,000.

One resident told Police that the incident took place yesterday during daylight hours.
The intruder, gained entry through an unlocked window, and stole several pieces of jewellery, identification, a Leatherman Supertool knife and an undisclosed amount of cash.
Meanwhile, another resident told Police that the other break-in took place in the late afternoon.
The intruder entered the residence and removed a wallet containing an undisclosed amount of cash.

A female driver lost control of her car, overturning it and spilling oil onto the road.
The Fire Service responded and was able to clean up the spilled oil and broken glass.
No one was injured in the accident.
