possessing cannabis.

Kent Lowe, of Vesey Street, admitted possession of 0.46 grams of the drug yesterday when he appeared in Magistrates' Court.

Sgt. Peter Giles, prosecuting, told Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis that Lowe, a freezer packer, was arrested on January 4 when he was seen throwing away a brown envelope after running away from Police.

Lowe was seen by a Police patrol outside PHC Stadium in Warwick with a group of young men, all of whom ran away when they saw the patrol car.
