Botanical Gardens for the annual Agricultural Exhibition, Police reported yesterday.

The stolen items were mainly perishable foods, such as ice cream, popsicles, hamburgers and canned sodas, a spokesman said.

"Although the items are of little individual value, the large quantity stolen would suggest they are not intended for personal use but are possibly intended for resale,'' he added.

Anyone with information on the thefts is asked to call the Police at 295-0011.
