Fubler murder trial set for February 21
golf caddy Brian Sherlock.
Fubler, 25, from Sunset View Road, Pembroke, pleaded not guilty to the charge before Chief Justice Austin Ward at yesterday's arraignment session.
A Coroner's inquest in 1997 found that Mr. Sherlock, 38, died of head injuries as a result of heavy blows.
He had been found in a pool of blood in a Dundonald Street parking lot in Pembroke in May 1994.
Former Policeman Saleem Tony Bukhari is to face trial on November 15 after pleading not guilty to manslaughter in the death of former Royal Gazette sub-editor Liz Cadell.
Ms Cadell -- who like Bukhari is British -- was found in her home in Harvey Hill Road, Devonshire on May 31, 1997.
Bukhari is accused of not aiding Ms Cadell after she had taken an overdose.
A post mortem revealed she had swallowed 150 aspirins.
Bukhari served in the Police Service from 1990 to the summer of 1997 when he was dismissed.
