set in the Supreme court yesterday morning.

Ashley Wellman is charged by the Crown with causing grievous bodily harm to David Cox on October 21 of last year at the Devonshire Recreation Club.

Acting Puisne Judge Archibald Warner set the date for that trial on May 14 at 9.30 a.m.

Wellman, who is represented by lawyer Larry Scott, is also charged with causing grievous bodily harm in a separate matter to Rashan Swan at the Paget Ice Queen on September 24 of last year.

Mr. Warner set an arraignment date for this matter on June 1 in the Supreme Court at 10 a.m.

Bail has already been granted to Wellman and was extended.
