Govt. members to join Smith on panel Reports by Matthew Taylor

Jennifer Smith will be assisted by Attorney General Dame Lois Browne-Evans and Patrice Parris. Also on the panel, moderated by Rev. Dr. Goodwin Smith, will be the NLP's Graeme Outerbridge, former Clerk to the Legislature John Gilbert,
on proposed constitutional changes tonight.
Jennifer Smith will be assisted by Attorney General Dame Lois Browne-Evans and Patrice Parris. Also on the panel, moderated by Rev. Dr. Goodwin Smith, will be the NLP's Graeme Outerbridge, former Clerk to the Legislature John Gilbert, and either John Barritt MP or Senator Mark Pettingill from the UBP. The Premier will begin discussion with a presentation on the paper presented to Parliament on the proposed changes.
Each panel member will speak for five minutes on the subject after which the moderator will open up the discussion up for questions and answers from the audience. The meeting will take place at St. Paul Centennial Hall on Court Street, Hamilton at 7.30 p.m.
