trespassing in the Ingham & Wilkinson building on Front Street.

Hilgrove Scott, 68, was seen loitering near the building in the early hours of April 4 by Police, prosecutor Sgt. Donald Grant said.

Scott had been forbidden to trespass in the area by the court at an earlier date and had been previously sentenced to a month in prison for doing so.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis did not hesitate in sentencing Scott to six weeks in jail.
