Academy Board of Governors to force out principal Mrs. Sighle Fitzerald.

Chief Justice the Hon. Sir James Astwood granted the injunction yesterday following a submission by Mrs. Fitzgerald's lawyer, Mr. Jeffrey Elkinson.

The order prevents the Board from appointing a new principal. Mrs. Fitzgerald is currently on contract to the Academy which started operating last year. It is located at Tivoli, a National Trust property in Warwick.
