A Supreme Court judge stayed the inquiry pending a decision whether the Commission has jurisdiction to block Cablevision from re-broadcasting certain programmes.
Yesterday both sides in the issue were tight lipped, with Cablevision general manager Carl Musson and Commission chairman Tim Marshall declining to comment.
