Puisne Judge the Hon. Mr. Justice Meerabux is to rule on a "no case to answer'' motion by Fubler's lawyer Mr. Julian Hall.

Yesterday Crown Counsel Mr. Peter DeJulio told The Royal Gazette Mr. Hall's motion related to five counts of stealing.

He said Mr. Hall had conceded there was a case to answer on the remaining eight theft charges.

Fubler, 33, is accused of stealing from the Horizons hotel group where she worked as an accounts clerk.

It is alleged she removed money from deposit bags between October, 1988 and July, 1992.
