"I guess it's really too bad we're not having our clean-up next week,'' said KBB president Scott Kitson. "We would sure have a lot to clear up.'' The KBB had their clean up last weekend "On the positive side at least we got a good deal of debris off the shores before these waters took it all back to sea where it could do great damage to turtles and other marine life,'' he added.

Lennox Boodram, executive director of KBB, stressed the need for everyone to help with cleaning up after the hurricane.

"It is for the community to come together and bring the beaches back to their original beauty,'' he said.
