Mr. Justice Moore reminded the public that the Commission's report must be in to Government by September 15 and the last day of evidence is Thursday, August 31.

Today Police Commissioner Jean-Jacques Lemay and Det. Supt. Vic Richmond are scheduled to appear before the Inquiry while the father of murdered Canadian teenager Rebecca Middleton, David, will take the stand tomorrow.

His friend, Rick Meens, with whom Rebecca was staying, is likely to appear tomorrow or on Wednesday.

Mr. Justice Moore said he was "very hopeful'' Attorney General Dame Lois Brown Evans would testify and promised "one or two very interesting people'' for Thursday.

"We have to keep the September 15 in mind,'' he said at the end of Friday's session. "As we approach the 15th time is becoming increasingly of essence.'' Mr. Justice Moore admitted there was one person who wished to give evidence "privately'' or in secret, a courtesy that he is willing to grant to others.
