yesterday to importing $388,000 worth of diamorphine, commonly known as heroin.

Lawe, 22, from Kingston, was arrested with 79.9 grams of the drug on April 6 at the Airport after arriving from New York.

In the Supreme Court yesterday he pleaded guilty to importing the drug, but not guilty to possession with intent to supply.

He was remanded in custody for sentencing on September 21, pending a social inquiry report.
