married father of three who pleaded guilty to two counts of committing indecent acts on Reid Street in Hamilton.

Sgt. Earle Kirby, prosecuting, said employees of an office overlooking the street called Police on March 1 to complain that a man was sitting in his parked car masturbating.

Although the offender was not apprehended that day, Police set up surveillance of the area and saw a man do the same thing three weeks later. Three days later, Police apprehended Edward Troy Fox, 30, as he sat in his vehicle.

The Cottage Hill, Hamilton Parish resident will appear in Magistrates' Court next month for sentencing.
