The Dudley Hill resident told Police he had gone outside to investigate the source of the music in the early hours of yesterday morning. When he spotted three youths nearby, he questioned what they were doing and an argument broke out. He was shoved to the ground and repeatedly kicked. The victim needed hospital treatment for bruising.
