Randolph Anthony Simons, of Kitchener Close, Sandys, stands accused of using an imitation firearm to rob Miss Roberts of a $10,167 payroll belonging to her employers, SKB Coatings.

No plea was taken from Simons, 27, and no application for bail was made.

The case was adjourned for a mention in two weeks. It will eventually be heard in Supreme Court.

Miss Roberts is the daughter of PLP deputy leader Mr. Walter Roberts.
