John Iris, 33, of Ord Road, Warwick, was seen in an alley near the bowling lanes on Middle Road in Warwick on May 25, 1995, with two other men.

When they were approached by Police, Iris dropped an envelope from his hands, and he was arrested.

It was tested and found to be 0.78 grams of cannabis.
