Sgt. Rex Osbourne, prosecuting, said on May 13 narcotics officers in searched a Warwick house.
In the dining area they found three people, including Carlos Franks, who dropped a white rock when he was approached.
He was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Analysis of the rock found it to be 1.4 grams of cocaine.
Franks, who was then unemployed, said he now has a job, and is in drug rehabilitation.
The second offence occurred last June at PHC Stadium in Warwick when he ran away from Police and later gave a false name.
