Magistrates' Court and was fined a total of $1,200 and banned from driving all vehicles for 12 months.

Jason Wayne Fox of St. Luke's Lane, St. David's, was ordered to pay $800 by Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner for driving while disqualified, $200 for giving a false statement and $200 for resisting arrest.

He was banned from driving all vehicles except trucks last year and was due to come back on the road on June 7 but was stopped on May 28 in St. George's while riding an auxiliary cycle.

Fox gave the Police officers his brother's name but was arrested when they checked the information. As he was getting in the Police car he threw his helmet in before him and was handcuffed.
