My favourite dog is named Rocko. He is as long as my school desk. He has short black hair and it is soft. When he is on four paws he is taller than my knees.

When he is on two paws he is half way.

He is special because he is my wonderful playmate. We play soccer together and catch. When I throw the ball he runs to catch it then brings it to me.

He is my special friend. Rocko is happy when I come home. I am glad to see him too! ---- Sherika Parfitt, age 8, East End Primary
