Erkine B. Berkley, of Coxwell Lane, also denied in Magistrates' Court possessing a piece of folded foil with the intent for the misuse of a controlled drug.

The charges stem from a May 18 incident.

Acting Senior Magistrate the Wor. Edward King granted Berkley bail in the sum of $1,000 with a like surety.

Berkley, who is represented by lawyer Mr. Tyrone Chin, will stand trial on March 14.
