Senior magistrate the Wor. Will Francis heard Anderson, 51, caused a nuisance to visitors in King's Square, St. George's on Wednesday, which concerned nearby business people.

Mr. Francis told him: "You need to learn that this court is serious and everyone else is serious. This may seem like fun to you but it's not.'' Anderson, of Clarence Street, St. George's, said he hadn't caused a disturbance. "I got a cocktail from the cruise boat,'' he said.

He admitted loitering and obstruction.
