I hear the officer say on the radio I'm not sure what it was, I thought I saw something flash across. I said oh ...f*** the guy's shining again, then radio... .go to certain destination.

Must have told him change the destination. So he speeded off eerrmmmm... go up by the lighthouse, here I am stuck, I said f***, f*** how am I going to make it up to Ted's home. Ted's son's house, I had to try and make it up to Sunnyside Park, that was my alibi as to where I was right. Jules, I slept in that dump truck until four in the morning, some three hours after Smitty had made his getaway I said how am I going to get out of here, I can't go back home...so I went back down... and went way back up the f***** golf course up this time, like as I'm going to Southampton Princess, I said, I cut down, up by the Tennis Club. Roberts: So who was he said the sister's.

Dillas: Ehh.

Roberts: That guy said he sent him to two sister's.

Dillas: Yeah, Seney said he was working for the sisters then he said he was working for a guy named Chrome Coleman, owns a shop in St. George's, all that's in his statement. Say now, what I'm saying is, the fact that he mentioned all those names, it gives my QC a chance to say, this guy's calling all these other people's names who is the f*** to say, may be that package is supposed to be for them. He's trying to set me up, someway, might have got my number, know what I am saying. The fact that he named names gives me some outlet.

Okay when he got me desperate on the 'phone and tried to meet me, tried to make me come down to Palmetto Bay, copies of the conversation ended up something like this here, look, man, you ain't coming down here. Roberts: You said that to throw the man off. They was listening.

Dillas: Yeah, I done that to cover myself, that's in the statement, see, what I'm saying. So, I mean, it's a ticklish case to get off but I have no....nothing was discussed in the telephone conversations about cocaine. .. Roberts: But Seney was trying to get you to say something about it.

Young What did you do after that? Dillas: I told... if the cops come to the house, I was up there playing cards.

Roberts: Who's that, Ted's son.

I went back to the house... Larry was already in the Police Station, see, 'cause when they busted the house that night when I was up...

they took Larry, they busted the whole house, didn't find ... I snorted them all one time (Laughter). I said I long go jail, I snorted them, two grammes, mmm.... When I got to the Police station, signed my bail, a guy comes outside and says, Mr. Dillas, we're going to keep you in custody the Police want to interview you.

Roberts: Who's that there? Dillas: All the Narcotics cops want to interview me because I went to sign my bail for the first case, see, I was already on bail from the first case. So, the Police never caught me that night at the thing. The whole next day when I... I knew I had to go Police station, about six, because I had to sign six days a week. So, when I went to sign bail that was the point, see what I'm saying. The point is...

Roberts: That's when they arrested you.

Dillas: Yer, the point I'm saying is that's a good thing, as to say look is if I'm guilty look, I'm not going to go into Police Station, I went in on my own will, see what I'm saying.

Young: Right.

Dillas: QC...that's some strong points he has to weigh out.

Young: As long as you've got Bobbie and his mumma, right, specifically stay to what they have got to say right...

Dillas: And like I told you, the covering of the bike, the bike found on the golf course I told them, I stated, that the bike got stolen from Henry VIII. I told them it got stolen from Henry VIII sometime just before midnight, and then I said we came out of Henry's, we were so drunk, I thought someone was playing a game on me, I couldn't believe it, the bike weren't there.

Roberts: That was all bulls***.

Dillas: Yer that was all bulls***, see what I'm saying, but I'm backing myself.

See what I'm saying f****** story to throw it off because the two charges that they had before, see, is intent to supply. Now, I know I can beat that, because intent to supply means you have to have possession, on your possession, you never had it on my possession, neither do you have any fingerprints, 'cause I didn't touch it. Number two is conspiracy to import coke into the Islands. They only have my word against Seney's, they have no evidence of anything of 'phone conversations or agreement, that I told Raymond Seney to come down here and bring cocaine to Bermuda. Neither do they have any evidence that I ever, ever talked to this guy in my life before or ever talked to him on a 'phone before.

Roberts: Who's that guy? Dillas: Seney. They have no calls of me going to his house in the United States.

Roberts: What about the other guy who sent Seney.

Dillas: He's on my side.

So I sent Coleman up my house cause she wouldn't leave the Country and she said she ain't leaving until I come back to the Island, and I've already come back with my girlfriend. Roberts: You put coke out there.

Dillas: Yeah we put coke out there ... the word came back after a couple of hours ... So I call back Marcus, I said, I found that information ... he said okay, go pick up Miranda and take Miranda .. way over South Shore. I said I can't go close in the car, she knows the sound of my Subaru ... I drop him off South Shore so he walks up the walk I stay down the hill ... to the door, she's not here, so he f****** kicked the f******g door down, f****** lying to me bitch, where the f*** is she ... pushed straight passed her, we kept her, took her straight to the aeroplane and put her on the plane. When that incident went down, she f****** blamed me, sort of like she thought I was the one who ... to find where she was, so she has a bit of a thing against me when she went back to the States. Marcus fired her from the organisation 'cause she was unreliable. She was down here smoking all up with all these guys.

Roberts: So where was Marcus, where did he come from, Florida.

Dillas: Marcus was in Florida, I put her back on the plane, sent her to Florida, where he was waiting for her, so he paid her off.

Roberts: So he, did they find her dead in New Jersey? Dillas: Check it out, he ... she won't be working in Bermuda, basically she wants to do some things in the United States, he will reconsider to keeping her in the organisation, kept her down in Florida for a while... for, she brought money back and forth from Chicago ... Now her thing was, she got pissed off and probably blamed it on me ... She called down to Bermuda and told the man the whole operation.

Roberts: She told the cops.

Delroy comes round to each one and I heard him whispering ... Deborah who, Deborah Lee Owens ... Why you say that, he said, she was just killed ... she was under Federal protection by the DEA, somebody got to her and shot .. Young That must have been a f***** blow to you that morning bie.
