at Marriott's Castle Harbour hotel's main lobby this week. The display features dolphins, King Neptune and a model of the hotel made from pure sugar by pastry chefs Ms Julie Ward and Mr. Danny Pamintuan. The castle was surrounded by water and fish created by hotel staff members Ms Simone Barton and Ms Sue Montgomery.
