The plan was officially adopted on Thursday after a meeting between park officials and area residents, an Environment spokesman said yesterday.

Some of the work has already started, such as putting up historical signs.

Under the 1986 Bermuda National Parks Act, a management plan was scheduled to be developed for each public park on the Island.
