CAR VANDALISED CRM Cars vandalised Police attended the Maxi-Mart on Middle Road in Sandy's on Saturday morning after several of the company's vehicles were sprayed with blue paint on their sides and front windshields.

Police arrived at about 6.45 a.m. and noted that a nearby bus shelter and scooter were sprayed in the same fashion. A spray can, that may have been used in the incident, was recovered nearby.

CLUB TARGETED CRM Club targeted Bailey's Bay Cricket Club in Duck's Puddle Drive in Hamilton Parish was broken into on Friday night and two gaming machines were pried open, the Police reported yesterday.

Cash was removed from each machine and a bank bag containing cash was also taken from the club's bar area.

Police are also investigating a report of a theft from a taxi driver.

The driver said he picked up the suspect on Palmetto Road before 1 p.m. on Saturday and drove him to Robert's Avenue.

The suspect then left, under the presumption of fetching money for the fare, but when he returned he instead allegedly snatched an amount of money from the driver who had intended to use it as change for the fare.

He then fled on foot toward Friswell's Hill.

WITNESS APPEAL AC Witness appeal Police are seeking witnesses to a serious road traffic accident which occurred near the Crow Lane roundabout shortly after 6 p.m. on Saturday.

Both riders on the auxiliary cycle were taken to the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital with head injuries and were placed in the intensive care unit.

The 22 year-old Hamilton Parish man was later transferred to a general ward in stable condition, while the 20-year-old Paget man remains on a ventilator in stable condition in the ICU.
