Police probe weekend assaults

In the first incident a 51-year-old Pembroke man told Police he was talking to a man on a personal matter shortly after 5 p.m. at the Esso Service Station on Richmond Road.
The culprit approached him and punched him in the mouth.
The mugging took place just after midnight Saturday morning when the 40-year-old complainant was walking along Princess Street near Elliott Street.
A beige car pulled up and one of its passengers got out and assaulted him, hitting him in the back of the neck and pulling money from a pocket.
