charged with the premeditated murder of his wife, Rochelle Marcia West.

West, 26, appeared before Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis. His lawyer, Ms Patricia Harvey, was not present.

West opted for a long-form inquiry and Mr. Francis set aside two days, May 25 and 26.

Rochelle Marcia West, 30, was stabbed to death at the Chamber of Commerce in Hamilton, January 5.

GIRL, 3, VICTIM OF A HIT-AND-RUN AC Girl, 3, victim of a hit-and-run Police are appealing for witnesses to a hit-and-run accident which left a three-year-old St. David's girl with head and face injuries.

The accident occurred at Cocoa Lane in St. David's around 7.15 p.m. on Monday and involved a motor cycle ridden by two people.

The girl was admitted to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.

Investigating officer P.c. Antoine Fox would like to speak with anyone who may have seen the accident, or events leading up to and immediately following it.

He would also like to speak to anyone who may be able to help locate the cycle's riders, and "especially to two young women who were in the immediate area at the time of the accident.'' PIZZA DELIVERY WOMAN IS ROBBED CRM Pizza delivery woman is robbed Three men robbed a 49-year-old pizza delivery woman after pushing her to the ground.

They fled on foot after grabbing the pizzas and a small amount of cash.

The incident occurred at about 10.45 p.m. on Monday in the Happy Valley Road area of Pembroke.

Police said the woman, who received slight cuts, was making a delivery at a property in Cherry Hill when the men struck.

The bag contained clothing and food.

The man was being treated in the intensive care unit at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for multiple injuries.

Police said the accident occurred shortly after 11 a.m. on Monday in Palmetto Road at its junction with Frog Lane.

"The driver apparently lost control of his car as he negotiated the roundabout at Dock Hill, causing him to mount the kerb and collide with a wall,'' said Police spokesman P.c. Gary Venning.
