But prison officers were fast off the mark after ending days of industrial action, when they spotted the man scaling a security wall at Westgate Correctional Facility in Dockyard.

Prisons Commissioner Edward Dyer, while unable to divulge who the prisoner was, said the matter was dealt with immediately and the prisoner was able to go no further than the other side of the wall.
