February 26, 1996 -- Renovation and second storey addition to workshop and storage to form one bedroom cottage -- Denied on appeal by the Minister (Pamela Gordon).

August 26, 1996 -- Renovation of an existing warehouse to form one bedroom cottage -- Application lodged.

December 16, 1996 -- Renovation of an existing warehouse to form a one bedroom cottage -- Application withdrawn.

March 12, 1997 -- Change of use to residential -- Pending Board site visit.

March 19, 1997 -- Change of use to residential -- Refused by the Board.

December 29, 1997 -- Appeal of Board decision from March 19, 1997 -- Approved by the Minister (John Irving Pearman).
