The trial of Rawn Michael Warner, Jamal Orlando Symonds, and Dwight Martin Basden was adjourned on Friday due to the unavailability of victim Shawn Stevens, who is abroad seeking medical treatment.
Warner, 21, of Soundview Road, Symonds, 21, of White Hill Lane and Basden, 26, of Bushy Park Drive all deny beating Mr. Stevens who required several weeks of treatment at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
Magistrate Edward King set the trial for September 20 and extended Warner and Basden's bail of $2,500. Symonds is imprisoned on another matter.
