David C. Masters of Foothills Road pleaded guilty to offensive behaviour.

Police prosecutor Sgt. Kenrick James told the court that at 6.05 p.m. on February 24 Police were called to a bus stop on Beacon Hill Road in Somerset.

"The bus driver complained that he had a drunk unruly passenger on his bus who was being rude to him and the rest of his passengers,'' Sgt. James said.

Magistrate the Wor. Cheryl-Ann Mapp told him: "People catching the bus should not be subjected to this type of behaviour.''
