Chief Justice Mr. Austin Ward after he pleaded guilty to importing cannabis.

George Mouchette will be sentenced at a later date. Sentencing was delayed yesterday so the Court could proceed with another trial. Mouchette originally faced a separate charge of possession of cannabis which was withdrawn by Crown Counsel Charlene Scott, after his guilty plea.

Mouchette's lawyer, Elizabeth Christopher made an unsuccessful application to have a social inquiry report prepared.
