Bermuda Securities Ltd., and five company directors.

The writ was filed this week by International Investments Technologies Ltd.

and Mr. Vincent Buchanan, who together are thought to own some 20 percent of First Bermuda.

Named in the action is president, Mr. Jeffrey Conyers, who declined to comment on the matter. Also named are fellow directors Mr. Nicholas P. Warren, Mr.

Maxwell R. Roberts, Mr. Michael R. Schroter and Mr. Robert N. Tucker.

International Investments' owners include Mr. Buchanan and former First Bermuda general manager Mr. Joe Taussig, who left First Bermuda in June to pursue a new venture. Mr. Taussig was said to be off the Island and unavailable for comment.

The plaintiffs' lawyers are Mello, Hollis, Jones & Martin.
