Police arrived at the Southampton restaurant at around 2 a.m. in reponse to an alarm. They discovered an inner door had been forced and an office ransacked.

Police said a Southampton man was arrested soon afterwards, and is being detaiend while further enquiries are made.

Mr. Judge added he saw no reason why he should not treat the offence the same as he would a parking offence.

Seaford Barnett, 32, who admitted using threatening behaviour on Middletown Lane on Monday, had been fighting with another man when Police arrived on the scene, Prosecutor Sgt. Rex Osborne said.

MAN IN PRISON FOR CHRISTMAS CTS Man in prison for Christmas The spirit of the season did not save a 29-year-old St. George's man from going to prison on Monday for driving while disqualified for the third time.

Winston Burgess admitted to driving while off the road on November 28 on Glebe Road.

Prosecutor Sgt. Peter Giles said Burgess had been caught committing the same offence twice before.

He was given a three-month suspended prison sentence the second time. The Wor.

John Judge said he had no choice but to activate the suspended sentence and also handed down a three-month prison sentence and disqualified Burgess from driving for 18 more months.

On hearing he was going to jail for Christmas, Burgess sighed.
