Nicholas Pearce, of Fort George, St. George's, was caught driving while impaired on June 20.

Police prosecutor Sgt. Rex Osbourne said Police stopped Pearce, who was riding on South Rd, at 2 a.m. on June 20 for driving too fast.

They suspected Pearce had been drinking and a breathalyser proved it.

Senior Magistrate Will Francis decided to fine Pearce $300 and banned Pearce from driving all motor vehicles for a year.

REFUSED TO GIVE NAME, MAN FINED $150 CTS Refused to give name, man fined $150 Refusing to give his name and address after being involved in an accident landed a Warwick man in Magistrates' Court.

Ian Edie, 18, of Keith Hall Road, pleaded guilty to the above charges, as well as driving while impaired and driving without a licence.

The court heard Edie was involved in an accident around 2.30 a.m. on Middle Road in Paget on June 15.

He was arrested and breathalysed.

Instead of being held at the softball diamond in Bernard's Park, the 90-minute show featuring some of Bermuda's most talented youth will be held at the North Village community field at the park at 7.30 p.m.
